Big Deal Terms of Use
1. The game
Big Deal is a free solitaire game made for adults. By installing or playing it you agree to these terms and to the Google Play Terms of Service. You must be at least 18 years old. No account or sign-in is needed to play.
2. Licence
We grant you a personal, non-transferable, revocable licence to play Big Deal on devices you own. You may not copy, modify, reverse engineer, redistribute or sell the game or its content. Big Deal, its artwork and its daily deals are our intellectual property.
3. Remove all ads
"Remove all ads" (Big Deal Plus) is a one-time purchase processed by Google Play at the price shown in the Play Store before you confirm. It removes every ad, opens every past deal in the archive and makes every hint free. It is not a subscription and does not renew. It is licensed, not sold; it has no monetary value, cannot be exchanged for money, and can be used only within Big Deal. There are no in-game currencies, random paid items or loot boxes, and nothing else is for sale.
Refunds and withdrawal. Refunds are handled by Google Play under its refund policy. If you are a consumer in the EU, UK or another jurisdiction with a statutory right of withdrawal for digital content, you acknowledge that delivery of Remove all ads begins immediately after purchase with your express consent, and that you thereby lose the right of withdrawal once delivery has started, to the extent permitted by law. Nothing in these terms limits your statutory rights.
4. Advertising and hints
The free version shows advertising in two places only: an optional rewarded video you may choose to watch for an extra hint, and one short, skippable ad between past deals played from the archive, at most once a session. No ad appears inside a deal or around today's deal. Ads are provided by third parties and we are not responsible for their content.
5. Fair play
Do not tamper with the game or its save data, or use cheats or automation. If leaderboards are added in a future update, we may remove scores obtained unfairly.
6. Availability and changes
We may update, change or discontinue the game or any feature at any time. We aim to publish a new deal every day, checked in advance so that it can be finished, but do not guarantee uninterrupted availability.
7. Disclaimer and liability
The game is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind to the fullest extent permitted by law. To the extent permitted by law, our total liability to you for any claim arising from the game is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim. Nothing excludes liability that cannot be excluded by law, including for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, or consumers' statutory rights.
8. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of New Mexico, USA, without affecting mandatory consumer-protection rules of the country where you live.
