Tiny Acres

Tiny Acres Privacy Policy

Effective date: October 22, 2026. Operator: PrimeKamp LLC, 1209 Mountain Road Pl NE, Ste N, Albuquerque, NM 87110, USA, brandemak@gmail.com ("we").

Tiny Acres is a puzzle game for Android. This policy explains what information the app handles, why, and your choices. We designed the game to need as little data as possible: there are no accounts, no chat, no location access, and we never receive your game progress: it stays on your device (and, if you use Android's own backup, in your own Google account backup; see section 1).

1. Information the app stores on your device

Your puzzle results, streak, in-progress games, settings and whether you own Tiny Acres Plus are saved in a single file inside the app's private storage on your device. We never receive this file and cannot see it. Deleting it is under your control: Settings → "Delete my data", or uninstall the app.

Android backup. If backup is turned on for your phone (Android Settings → Google → Backup), Android may include this file in your own Google account backup, so your progress comes back if you reinstall the game or move to a new phone. That backup is made by Android and kept by Google under your Google account; we have no access to it. You can turn backup off, or delete backups, in your phone's or Google account's backup settings.

2. Advertising (free version only)

The free version shows a small number of ads through Google AdMob (Google LLC). To do this, the Google Mobile Ads SDK collects your device's advertising identifier and app set ID, your IP address (which may be used to estimate your general location), interactions such as app launches, taps and ad views, and performance diagnostics such as app launch time. Google uses this data for advertising, analytics and fraud prevention, and all of it is encrypted in transit. Google uses this data as described in How Google uses information from sites or apps that use our services and the AdMob data disclosure. The app does not request your device's location and we cap ad content at the "PG" rating.

Your choices. In the European Economic Area, the United Kingdom and Switzerland the app asks for your consent before loading ads, using Google's consent framework; you can change your choice at any time in Settings → "Ad privacy options". Elsewhere, you can limit ad personalisation in your Android settings (Settings → Google → Ads) and you can opt out of the sale or sharing of personal information under US state laws by using the same in-app privacy options where offered. Buying Tiny Acres Plus removes all ads; from the next time you open the app, the ads SDK is not started at all.

3. Reminders and ratings

If you turn on the optional daily reminder, Tiny Acres schedules notifications on your device. Nothing about them is sent to us or anyone else. Turn them off at any time in the app's Settings or in Android's notification settings. The app may also show Google Play's own "rate this game" window once; anything you write there is handled by Google Play under its own policies.

4. Purchases

Tiny Acres Plus is a one-time purchase processed by Google Play. Google provides us with a purchase token and product identifier so the app can unlock Plus; Google's handling of payment data is governed by the Google Privacy Policy. We do not receive your payment details.

5. Google Play Games (optional)

You can play without it. If you choose to sign in to Google Play Games, Tiny Acres sends Google your scores for its leaderboards: today's acre as a percentage of its target, your longest streak and your best Free play score. Google shows your Play Games name and picture next to your scores to other players, as your Play Games profile settings allow. Google Play Games Services also collects diagnostics and analytics about the service itself. This data is handled by Google under the Google Privacy Policy and is sent encrypted. We do not receive your email address and we do not use this data for advertising. You can sign out, change who sees your profile, or delete your Play Games data at any time in your Play Games profile or your Google Account.

6. Crash and performance data

When the app crashes or hits a serious error, it sends a crash report to Firebase Crashlytics (Google LLC) so we can find and fix the problem. A report contains the technical details of the error (the code location and error message), the app version, your phone's model, Android version and free memory and storage at the time, and a random Crashlytics installation ID that is not linked to you and changes if you reinstall the app. It contains no game progress, no name, no email and no advertising ID. We use these reports only to keep the game stable; they are kept for 90 days and then deleted by Crashlytics. See Privacy and Security in Firebase.

Google Play may also collect anonymised crash and performance statistics (Android vitals) from devices whose owners have opted into usage and diagnostics sharing, and shares only aggregate reports with us. The ads SDK described in section 2 also collects performance diagnostics such as app launch time.

7. Analytics

The app does not include a separate analytics service. Google AdMob may use the information described in section 2 for analytics about ad performance. If we add an analytics service, we will update this policy before that version is released.

8. Children

Tiny Acres is not directed to children under 13 (or the applicable age of digital consent in your country) and we do not knowingly collect personal information from them. The app is listed for ages 13 and over. If you believe a child has provided personal information through the ads SDK, contact us and we will help you have it removed.

9. Data sharing and sale

We do not sell personal information. The only third parties that receive data from the app are Google (ads, billing, crash reports, platform diagnostics and, if you sign in to Play Games, your leaderboard scores and Play Games name) as described above. We do not share data with data brokers.

11. Your rights

Depending on where you live (for example the EU/UK GDPR, California CCPA/CPRA, Brazil LGPD, India DPDP), you may have rights to access, correct, delete or port personal information, to object to or restrict processing, to withdraw consent, and to lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority. Because we hold no personal information about you ourselves, most requests are fulfilled by the in-app controls above; for anything else, email brandemak@gmail.com and we will respond within 30 days. We do not discriminate against you for exercising your rights.

12. International transfers

Google processes data in the United States and other countries under its own safeguards (including the EU–US Data Privacy Framework and standard contractual clauses).

13. Security

All network traffic from the app uses HTTPS. The save file lives in the app's sandboxed private storage.

14. Changes

We will post changes here with a new effective date and, for material changes, show a notice in the app.
