Tiny Acres Terms of Use
1. The game
Tiny Acres is a free puzzle game. By installing or playing it you agree to these terms and to the Google Play Terms of Service. You must be at least 13 years old (or the age of digital consent where you live).
2. Licence
We grant you a personal, non-transferable, revocable licence to play Tiny Acres on devices you own. You may not copy, modify, reverse engineer, redistribute or sell the game or its content. Tiny Acres, its artwork and puzzles are our intellectual property.
3. Tiny Acres Plus and virtual items
Tiny Acres Plus is a one-time purchase processed by Google Play at the price shown in the Play Store before you confirm. It is not a subscription and does not renew. Plus and any cosmetic items are licensed, not sold; they have no monetary value, cannot be exchanged for money, and can be used only within Tiny Acres. There are no in-game currencies, random paid items or loot boxes.
Refunds and withdrawal. Refunds are handled by Google Play under its refund policy. If you are a consumer in the EU, UK or another jurisdiction with a statutory right of withdrawal for digital content, you acknowledge that delivery of Plus begins immediately after purchase with your express consent, and that you thereby lose the right of withdrawal once delivery has started, to the extent permitted by law. Nothing in these terms limits your statutory rights.
4. Advertising
The free version shows advertising, including an optional rewarded video you may choose to watch for an extra undo. Ads are provided by third parties and we are not responsible for their content.
5. Fair play
Do not tamper with the game, its save data or leaderboards, or use cheats or automation. We may reset scores obtained unfairly.
6. Availability and changes
We may update, change or discontinue the game or any feature at any time. We aim to keep daily puzzles available but do not guarantee uninterrupted availability.
7. Disclaimer and liability
The game is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind to the fullest extent permitted by law. To the extent permitted by law, our total liability to you for any claim arising from the game is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim. Nothing excludes liability that cannot be excluded by law, including for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, or consumers' statutory rights.
8. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of New Mexico, USA, without affecting mandatory consumer-protection rules of the country where you live.
